Harrison Has Arrived

Nuneaton Town are pleased to announce our new signing James Harrison.

James started his career out at Burton Albion where he completed a scholarship before dropping down to non-league football. James made a few appearances Redditch at step 3 before settling at Coleshill Town. He then moved to his local club Gresley Rovers where he enjoyed a successful season achieving promotion from step 5 to step 4. After his time at Gresley Rovers he moved to step 5 club Ashby Ivanhoe for the 2023/24 season.

Joint manager Russell Dodds had this to say about the latest addition to the NTFC squad. “It’s great news to have agreed with James to sign for Nuneaton. Fans will have already seen what his game is about in the first few friendlies and he is another player who has had clubs from higher leagues chasing him. Another player who will make a big impact on the club progressing.”

James can play anywhere across the front 3 if needed but prefers to play on either wing. He likes driving forward and creating chances for his teammates.

Harrison told the NTFC Media team, “I’m buzzing to start this new chapter and I hope I can play my part in achieving promotion.”
