After the match away at Southam United was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, Nuneaton Town instead travel to Bolehall Swifts.
Tamworth based Swifts will play in the Midland League Division 2 (Step 7) this season having finished 14th in the same division last season.
This won't be Nuneaton Town's last trip up the A5 this season, as another side from the Tamworth area, Coton Green, await the visit from the Boro faithful in the league campaign.
Directions from Nuneaton town centre:
Take the A444 towards Burton and then the A5 towards Tamworth. At the slip road for Fazeley just after the junction with the M42 take the 3rd exit onto Marlborough Way. At the next roundabout go left onto Glascote Road B5000 and take the 2nd right onto Argyle Street. At the end of the road turn left onto Amington Road then after the bridge take the first right onto Rene Road/Leedham Avenue. The ground is up a driveway on the right just after the school.
Public transport:
The train will take you direct to Tamworth from Nuneaton at 57 mins past each hour taking 14 minutes. From there it's around a half hour walk to the ground going via the ring road and down Amington Road (junction before the Tamworth FC ground). Rene Road and Leedham Avenue are on the left shortly after the Amington Inn Pub. The 786 bus also goes from near the train station past the same pub.
