2024/25 Season Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of a season ticket for Nuneaton Town FC (hereafter referred to as "the Club").

1.2 Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall render the Season Ticket Holder liable to be ejected from the Stadium, refused entry to the Stadium, and/or made the subject of a ban from the Stadium, in each case without refund or compensation and in the Club's sole discretion.

1.3 By purchasing or using a season ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Season Ticket Benefits

2.1 A season ticket entitles the holder to entry to all home league matches played by the Club during the current season.

2.2 The season ticket may include additional benefits as specified by the Club, such as discounts on merchandise or priority booking for certain events.

3. Purchase and Payment

3.1 Season tickets must be purchased through the Club’s official channels.

3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan option is offered and agreed upon.

3.3 The Club reserves the right to refuse any application for a season ticket.

4. Use of Season Ticket

4.1 The season ticket is personal to the holder and is non-transferable.

4.2 The season ticket must be presented at the gate for entry to each match. Failure to present the season ticket may result in denial of entry.

4.3 The Club reserves the right to request proof of identity when the season ticket is presented.

5. Lost or Stolen Season Tickets

5.1 In the event that a season ticket is lost or stolen, the holder must notify the Club immediately.

5.2 The Club may issue a replacement season ticket at its discretion and may charge an administrative fee for this service.

6. Conduct

6.1 All Season Ticket Holders shall at all times act in a civil manner. Any person who uses foul, obscene, abusive, racist, homophobic or other abusive language at any time shall be subject to arrest or ejection from the Stadium, and shall have no claim for any refund or compensation from the Club. Any person who uses such language in the near vicinity of the Stadium shall be refused entry to the Stadium and shall have no claim for any refund or compensation from the Club.

6.2 All Season Ticket Holders shall at all times observe the proper directions of Stewards, other employees of the Club and Police Officers.

6.3 Any Season Ticket Holder who commits any criminal offence whilst attending, travelling to or from any home or away Nuneaton Town Football Club match or who breaches the ground regulations of the host club shall be liable to have their Season Ticket cancelled or be banned from the Stadium for a period to be determined at the Club's discretion, without refund or compensation.

6.4 The Club reserves the right to revoke the season ticket without refund if the holder engages in unacceptable behaviour or breaches any Club regulations.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 The Club does not offer refunds on season tickets after purchase, except as provided for in these terms and conditions.

7.2 In the event of the cancellation of the season or significant disruption to the scheduled matches, the Club will communicate the applicable refund or compensation policy to the season ticket holders.

7.3 The club holds the right to cancel an individuals season ticket if they are found to be in breach of these terms, this cancelation will not include a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Club is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by the season ticket holder, except where caused by the Club’s negligence.

8.2 The Club’s total liability in respect of a season ticket shall not exceed the price paid for the season ticket.

9. Data Protection

9.1 The Club will use the personal data provided by season ticket holders in accordance with its privacy policy.

9.2 By purchasing a season ticket, the holder consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of managing the season ticket and communicating with the holder.

10. Amendments

10.1 The Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to season ticket holders via the Club’s official channels.

10.2 Continued use of the season ticket after amendments are communicated constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

11.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
