Use of pyrotechnics

We would like to inform all fans and visitors to Nuneaton Town FC that we have a zero tolerance approach on the use of pyrotechnics (flares, smoke bombs, etc) and that they are strictly forbidden during our matches both home and away. Anybody caught using pyrotechnic device or caught in possession of one will be removed with immediate effect from the game and can expect to be banned from Nuneaton Town games for life.

Being in possession of a pyrotechnic device at a football match, or attempting to bring a pyrotechnic device into a football stadium, is a criminal offence under the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985. Any person committing such an offence faces arrest and can expect the Court to make a Football Banning Order.

We must and will show the upmost of respect to Bedworth United who kindly provided us with a stadium and pitch hire agreement for The Oval.
