Nuneaton Town's second home game of the season is against Ingles on Saturday.
Nuneaton will look to get back to winning ways, following the first dropped points of the season on Tuesday at Sutton United (2-2 draw), in front of a home crowd that witnessed a strong performance against Paget Rangers on the opening day.
Ingles, who play in the town of Thringstone near to Coalville and Shepshed, were formed in 1972, and won the Leicestershire Senior League in 2018, joining the East Midlands Counties League. This became part of the United Counties League in 2021. Ingles were transferred to the Midland Football League in 2022, finishing 13th in their first season. They finished 4th last season, losing in the semi finals to OJM Black Country who won the final and went up to Step 5.
They have played in Thringstone since 2022 having been groundsharing with Shepshed Dynamo and having their own facility at Little Haw Lane previously.
Ingles go in to the game 12th in the table and unbeaten with 3 draws and a win against Nuneaton Griff on the opening day.
