Nuneaton head into a pivotal month after sweeping through what looked on paper a tricky February with 5 wins out of 5 as they romped to 13 clear in the table.

Next up is a first ever trip to Allexton & New Parks, a team they beat 7-0 at The Oval earlier in the season. Allexton were promoted from the Leicestershire Senior League last season, and sit 19th in the league with 6 wins 7 draws and 20 defeats, giving them 25 points, just a point above the relegation zone ahead of Tuesday's matches.

Allexton have been inconsistent of late, scoring an impressive 3-1 win at Coventry Copsewood last time out, and winning away 2-1 at Stapenhill earlier in the month, but also losing 6-1 to Sutton United and Cradley Town in the last few weeks.

Nuneaton have been anything but inconsistent. In fact they haven't failed to win in 2025 so far, and are on a run of 12 straight league victories and 13 including the floodlit cup semi final win. In February alone the 5 victories included 21 goals, which took them past 100 league goals for the season, and left them with a chance of being the highest scoring Nuneaton team in history should they score with similar ease until the end of the season.

That run has also meant a play off place will be secured if a 13th straight league win happens on Saturday, and just a maximum of 5 more wins from the final 7 games means it's possible the title can be wrapped up before April too.

Will it be a magic March? It's crunch time.
